Returns
Return Cost
If you decide to return an item, CanRock Jewelry covers the cost of returns for exchanges or warranty repairs within Canada. For returns seeking a refund, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
How it works
Exchanges or warranty repairs: We provide a prepaid return label for Canadian orders. No shipping fee is required from the customer.
Refunds (standard returns): The customer pays the return shipping. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount if we reimburse shipping fees.
Defective items or our error: If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, CanRock Jewelry covers the return shipping and will provide a prepaid label.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, with all original packaging and tags.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.
Processing time
Once we receive the returned item, allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.
